The Copyright Act prevents anyone from reproducing, preparing derivative works of, distributing copies of, or displaying the plans without written permission from the copyright owner. The Copyright Act further prohibits anyone from creating house plans or construction drawings from a house plan or combination of plans on this website, nor may you provide Woodland Homes’ house plans to any designer’s, architects, engineers, or drafters and request that new plans be developed therefrom. Moreover, if you purchase a Woodland Homes’ house, the purchaser is granted a limited license to use the architectural plans for the construction of that single dwelling unit and is not authorized to make additional photocopies of or otherwise distribute those house plans.
