That right there is wonderful customer service….She knows why she is there and knows and does her job extremely well…Please tell her “Thank You” again

Michelle and Russ were delightful guests in our home this morning to perform the orientation.  Like every other Woodland Homes representative, they were polite, attentive to our needs, and professional.

Amy and I want to relay our thanks to Woodland Homes for taking this extra step in helping us to close out the remaining repairs and to better understand and appreciate our new home.

To close let me share the fact that I've not seen my wife this pleased with her home and surroundings since our days in New Mexico.

I want to commend you all for a job well done!! My wife and I are TOTALLY satisfied with your service and professional performance.

I know it was a little rocky at one point due to the changing of two of the construction managers. The only comment I would have is to ensure that any future Construction Managers be as trained and professional as Mr. Jeff Vernon is. The previous two Construction managers did not return emails, were late for appointments and did not speak professionally or confidently. I know that Woodland Homes does not want to represented by people who have poor people skills in such a people oriented business. I would definitely recommend Woodland homes to any new home buyer. I look forward to living in a great home for years to come! God Bless!
