Woodland Homes Realtor Agreement
Thank you for your interest in Woodland Homes of Huntsville, Inc. We realize that Realtors are a benefit to our company, and we certainly welcome them. The Following are the policies and procedures regarding Realtor Registration and Commissions when bringing a client to Woodland Homes.
  • A commission fee of 3% of the original contract sales price shall be paid at the time of closing.
  • To qualify for a commission a Realtor must accompany their client to any Woodland Homes sales office/model home, and register them with the New Home Sales Professional on staff. Realtor registration will be accepted over the telephone as long as the registration takes place prior to the customer meeting with a Woodland Homes New Home Sales Professional.
  • To qualify for the Realtor commission, you must be employed as a licensed Alabama real estate agent with an active real estate company. Your commission, upon registering a client, should they enter into a Sales Contract under the terms of this agreement, is acknowledged and protected for 60 days from the date of registering your client.
  • Realtors should be present to register their clients at the initial meeting with a Woodland Homes New Home Sales Professional.
  • Registering your client does not register him/her within all of our communities. You must register your client at each Woodland Homes community that he/she is considering.
  • In the case of a prospective home buyer being referred by two parties, we will pay the party designated by the purchaser at the time the Sales Contract is signed.
