Joshua Garces moved from Ohio to Huntsville
in 2001. He graduated from Virginia College with an
Associates Degree in CADD. Drafting has been one of
Joshua's interests and goals for some time. He loves
the building industry, especially seeing a project from

Lisa provides
interior design services to all Woodland Homes customers.
Woodland provides up to 6 hours of her time to assist
their customers in making decorating selections.
Lisa will help you choose and coordinate your selections
from a set of in-budget decorating materials.
She can also assist you in interior and exterior color
selections. Lisa, her husband and children live in the
Decatur area.

Michael joined
the Woodland Homes team in November, 2001 as a Warranty
Supervisor. In 2003, he was promoted to Construction
Manager. Michael puts 110% into building the best homes
he can and making sure his customers are satisfied with
their purchase.
Michael has a lovely wife ad two great kids. They reside
in Hazel Green.

Tony
is Woodland Homes' on-site Cabinet Specialist. Tony
has been involved in providing and designing cabinets
for Woodland Homes since 1996. His background experience
of over 20 years allows him to assist you with your
cabinet needs from concept to installation, in designing
the kitchen of your dreams. Whether you are remodeling
or under new construction, Tony has the expertise to
provide you with the latest technology in solid surface
countertops, state-of-the-art appliance packages, computer
tech centers and cabinetry.
Tony, his wife and two sons are natives
of the Tennessee Valley, and reside in New Market. |

Jeff has been a member of the Woodland Homes team since January 2003, relocating from California where he worked as a Warranty Manager for a builder who built 600 homes a year. Jeff held the position of Warranty Manager for Woodland Homes for 1½ years, and has since been promoted to Construction Manager. Holding the position in Warranty has made Jeff very familiar with the needs of the customer, which he feels will improve customer satisfaction during the process of their new home construction .
Jeff is single and lives in the Athens area.

David joined
the Woodland team as the Warranty Supervisor in 2003.
He has a varied background in the construction industry.
He has a high degree of expertise in plumbing and the
outside trim of a home. He is a "jack of all trades"-repairing
customer warranty items, maintaining Woodland's buildings
and assisting with general community maintenance.
David and his wife have a daughter, Madison. They reside
in the Hazel Green area.

Keith is a
Michigan native "GO BLUE" who attended Embry
Riddle Aeronautical University, spent 20 years as an
Army Air Traffic Controller, and retired in 1997. Keith
then spent the next 6 years as a production/maintenance
supervisor for Dunlop Tire in huntsville before joining
the Woodland Team in February of 2004. Keith supervises
the warranty work of the contractors and sub-contractors
for the homeowners 1st year in their new Woodland home.
Keith and his lovely wife of 27 years
have two beautiful daughters and reside in East Limestone. |

Bill is a
Huntsville native. He joined the Woodland Homes team
in 2004. He has 22 years in the construction industry.
He and his wife, Lori have two daughters,
Carly and Mary Gray. Bill also raises cattle, and in
his spare time, he loves to fish and hunt. |

Tammy Flippo

Tammy began working for Woodland Homes in July 2004. She graduated Auburn University in 1983 with a B.A. Architecture degree and has 22 years continuous experience in the architectural profession. Ms. Flippo's work includes the design of multi-million dollar private residences and condominiums in locales such as Naples, FL; Vancouver, B.C.; and Bermuda. In addition to her architectural background, Ms. Flippo is also a licensed interior designer in the states of Florida and Alabama, and has served as a Juror for the national NCIDQ Board of Examiners in Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA. In addition to her responsibilities with Woodland Homes, she continues to work with the national licensing board in the development of their Continuing Education "Monograph Series" publications. Ms. Flippo recently relocated back to her hometown of Florence, AL where she currently resides. |
