	Melissa Friday (256) 837-0999 mafriday@woodlandhomes.com	As Co-Owner of Woodland Homes, Melissa believes it is imperative that customers know their satisfaction is the #1 priority. She will be able to use her experience as the Warranty Manager, to help her further assist the entire Woodland Homes team to produce a quality home. Melissa is the Customer Service Director. She works closely with the Construction Managers and subcontractors during the last three phases of completing the home, in helping to ensure that Woodland Homes delivers a home that is 100% complete upon move-in.
	Cindy Adcock Vice President (256) 837-0999 cindy@woodlandhomes.com	Cindy has been with the company since it's inception in 1995. She came to Woodland Homes after working many years for Integraph as an Export Analyst. Cindy handles all bookkeeping aspects of the company, including coordinating with the customer for the periodic payments/draws during the construction of their new home. Cindy is married with 2 sons and 2 granddaughters, and lives in the Huntsville area.
	Johnnie Yell Vice President (256) 837-0999 jyell@woodlandhomes.com	Johnnie joined Woodland Homes in 1995 as a Construction Manager. In January 2002, he was promoted to Vice President. In his current position, he is responsible for preparing budgets on houses, additional amenity pricing and supervising the Construction Department. Johnnie and his wife, Sheri live in Hazel Green with their two daughters. They are all active in school functions.
	Carolyn Nemeth Closing Coordinator (256) 837-0999 cnemeth@woodlandhomes.com	Carolyn has been a member of the Woodland Homes team since 1998. Her background includes 14 years as a contract manager in the Procurement Department for Southwestern Bell Telco. She is a member of the National Association of Purchasing Managers. Woodland Homes' customers coordinate with Carolyn to satisfy the legal aspects of their home purchase, including coordinating the closing activities with the attorney and mortgage company. Carolyn is married with 3 adult sons and came to Huntsville in 1997 from Illinois. Carolyn was also a Woodland Homes customer before joining the company.
	Beverly Richards Accounting Clerk (256) 837-0999 brichards@woodlandhomes.com	Beverly joined Woodland Homes' Accounting Department in May, 2003. She relocated from Daphne, Alabama where she had 10+ years of Accounting experience. Beverly grew up in Huntsville, and is very happy to be back home. She has a grown daughter, and a 13 year old son. She also has 2 grandsons. Beverly is proud to be a part of the Woodland Homes Family.
	Jeannie Hodgin Estimating Clerk (256) 837-0999 jhodgin@woodlandhomes.com	Jeannie is a recent addition to the Woodland Homes family. She is a Tennessee native, but the last 17 years has lived in our area. Jeannie brings 8 years of accounting and business experience to Woodland Homes. She has a six year old son and enjoys her free time coaching soccer and basketball.
	Susan Klopfenstein Customer Service Director (256) 837-0999 sklopfenstein@woodlandhomes.com	Susan joined the Woodland Team in 2004 as Customer Service Director. She works closely with the Construction Managers and subcontractors, providing assistance in the final stages of construction to ensure delivery of a superior Woodland Homes product. A native of Ohio, Susan has worked in the construction and land development industry for over 20 years. She and her two children have called Madison home since 1984.
	Paula Jones Accounting Clerk (256) 837-0999 pjones@woodlandhomes.com	Paula is married with two sons and 2 stepdaughters. She has always lived in Limestone County. Before coming to work for Woodland Homes she worked at a staffing company where she managed the daily operations of the office. Paula is very happy and thankful to be a part of Woodland Homes.
