This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone with a keen eye for design and a strong desire to grow within the residential construction industry.

• Assist with interior and exterior home design selections
• Greet and guide customers through our design studio experience
• Input customer design choices and selections into our CRM software (Newstar)
• Provide support to the design team with organization, scheduling, and client follow-up
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment
• Collaborate with construction and sales teams to ensure design selections align with build timelines and customer expectations

  
  

  Preferred Qualifications:
  

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role
  • Familiarity with Newstar or other CRM software is a strong plus
  • Background in interior design, retail design, or home building is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the residential design field
