Woodland Homes of Huntsville is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Junior Construction Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in residential construction while learning from an experienced team. The Junior Construction Manager will assist with coordinating subcontractors, monitoring construction schedules, performing quality-control inspections, and helping ensure each Woodland home is completed to our standards.

Responsibilities

    •    Assist in managing the daily construction of new homes

    •    Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and vendors

    •    Monitor schedules and help keep homes on track

    •    Inspect work for quality and plan compliance

    •    Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

    •    Help resolve construction issues promptly

    •    Communicate progress with the construction and office teams

    •    Assist with homeowner orientations and final completion items

Qualifications

    •    Strong organizational and communication skills

    •    Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

    •    Ability to manage multiple homes and priorities

    •    Comfortable working in the field and visiting active job sites

    •    Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred

    •    Construction-related education or experience is helpful but not required

    •    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

    •    Starting salary: $45,000–$55,000, based on experience

    •    Full-time position
