At Woodland Homes, we are proud to announce the return of our Hometown Heroes promotion for the third consecutive year. This summer, we are dedicated to giving back to the individuals who serve and strengthen our communities every day.

Woodland Homes is honored to recognize our local heroes with exclusive incentives for those who serve and support others. Veterans, active duty military, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, nurses, doctors, and teachers, along with their immediate family members, are eligible to receive up to $50,000 in benefits toward the purchase and construction of a new Woodland Home.

The following communities are offering up to $50,000 in incentives: Lakewood, Wynwood, Kendallwood, Laney Preserve, Inspiration on Green Mountain, and The Preserve.

The following communities are offering up to $35,000 in incentives: Bellawoods, The Retreat at Abbington, and The Villas at Swan Creek.

Hometown Heroes incentives can be used toward design studio upgrades, rate buydowns, closing costs, and more, allowing you to personalize your home and maximize your investment.
